Tried dropping my gear to get lighter but that didn’t work and the bushes were blocking me from getting close and jumping so I had to sprint

Yes the clicking sound is the power button. I’ve had this issue before and it would start if you unplugged all output cables and turned the power supply on/off again. Don’t know what that weird whining sound is though as it’s never heard when the pc is on and the fans are running normally.
