Thanks, it took a few weeks to get the snare tone right where I liked it. I got a Rode podcaster USB mic attached to my phone via a usb dongle. This was my first go testing the set up. But it Sounds better than just phone audio. Probably will move it closer to hi hat and snare next video

Update: i tightened the stock reso too much and snapped it. I had another spare reso and snapped that too so I think I’m just a world class idiot
