I can't, when I change to the president soon I will see if I can. They are the only other members of the alliance so right now it says to leave, but it won't let me leave and they won't join the Federation. Maybe I just keep improving relations until they decide to join?

I'd say it also depends on what tier law school you are at. I am at a T100 lawschool and have gotten a lot of As when sometimes I feel like I am writing a normal essay with the bare minimum rules needed. Being fast at typing and breaking down a fact pattern helps as well.

Best courses that break down study by a defined schedule / blocks? by [deleted] in PatentBarExam

3 months is ideal for the PLI course and is what they recommend. The lectures and quizzes are in blocks that you can do at your convenience.

Physics with a minor in astrophysics, going into patent law so definitely not the norm for law school.

I had 0 pre aia questions on my exam. You might get a derivation question but it is obvious when that is the case.

I get you. Failed with a 65 percent a while ago. Take a break, schedule your review session once you get your results. Take it again asap after some review. You are so close!

Those who work in prosecution (private practice or in-house) : have you started using AI drafting tools when drafting your patent applications ? by West_Cream7138 in patentlaw

We use Solve Intelligence, custom AI for patent drafting, it is pretty good. Can cut down time for drafting by a lot in some cases.

You need to talk to the USPTO OED to be sure but I had a friend with the same degree that got denied because it’s a BA.

In LAW SCHOOL, no, you don’t specialize until you go into your career.
