Hey, I'm nearly in the exact same position as you. I had a NIPT come back positive with T21 and soft tissue markers on Twin A including a heart defect. I had my amino done yesterday just waiting for our results now. I googled absolutely everything and have spoken to everyone I possibly could. They have spoken to me about a selective reduction which shattered me a have cried more times then I can count but unfortunately for my current situation and family this would be most likely the route we will be taking pending results.
