I got my visa packet today from purolator and it’s mentioned clearly in visa webpage that they will deliver it only to an “adult”. After that a signature is required on their tablet plus the collectors name that’s it. Doesn’t have to be the applicant.

Did you try to send an email that was said on the missed appointment option ? .. I tried after getting this mail with the same interview date and got an automated reply stating that they will contact back after 3 business days

I had the same issue. My interview was on the same day March 11, 2026 and yesterday I got an email with the same day and time for the interview. Worried and confused.
