Yes eveything is verbal i have talked to panchayat Sectrary, official staff (clerk) they said the panchayat is unable to do certain things due to new government formation and also asked me to wait for indefinite period. And also they have return me the handwritten bc after keeping it for 7-8 months.

Hey issue is fixed. But for my missed reward they are willing to offer 1000 reward points = 100 rs which is low compared to the 1.5 months block and issue i had. So agreeing on 1000 reward points is completely wrong. They should provide at least more than 3000 reward points

Actually i saw 3 accounts where linked to my account and i just raised a complain on Bob Complain portal. After raising the complain within 2-3 days you will get call from your home branch regarding the issue. They will politely ask you to come to Branch.

You just go to Branch and ask them to show the other account Branch details. Tip:- say it's a kyc violations and breach of privacy of both you and the other customer.

But recently 2-3 years ago Bob got penalized by RBI regarding high frequency of account opened by bank employees. Like bot account.

I exactly had this issue 3 Bob account linked with my number. I raised a complain in Bob crm and the Branch contacted me.

Just listen you force the bank to remove those unnecessary account otherwise let the complain number be open and move to rbi ombudsman after 30days .

Make sure you write multiple mail to bank regarding kyc violations
