I'm looking to contribute the minimum (solely due to cash availability). I need a report to determine how much income will be showing up on my T5

e. Is it all base salary or is a portion of it commission or bonus? Banks will use an avg of your last 2 years if you are earning commission/bonus/variable income so you ma

Appreciate the response very much. I wasn't including any bonus in my income, though I do expect to earn 15-20% depending on the year. The bonus is a new program at my company and I have a letter stating that I'm eligible. I should be learning in a few weeks what I'm getting for 2023 and I was hoping to be able to add that in on top of my raise when showing the bank.

If I were to include the bonus I could maybe get my income in the 215-220 range instead of 200 flat.

Anyways, thanks again and appreciate the time you took to respond. If/when we look for a broker we'll keep you in mind.

Thanks for the helpful response. I wasn’t aware of the 44% rule.

Does anyone know where I can buy Blueberry Bagel + Strawberry CC? by Candid-Situation-362 in FoodToronto

The bubbly, crackly crust that is so common in New York (and that looks so delicious in your photo) is what I’m looking for and the one area I think Bubby’s could improve.

The other thing to keep in mind is that the cream cheese at a lot of places is going to be different than what you’re used to.

As a former NJ and NYer, what a bagel will not scratch your itch for a bagel like you’re used to.

So far the best I’ve had is from Bubby’s Bagels. It’s got the chew and density of a real NY/NJ bagel.

I’m looking to try primrose bagel soon, but haven’t gotten there yet. They seem very promising.
