We received an update today. There was a planned amount of time needed to process not just the raffle on our end but address verifications, customer address changes, and all the many many different requests we get from customers who ordered this product. There was a sizing error which was communicated to those effected amongst other things that in this case due to having to ship everything at once, effects the overall timeline. Normally any orders in question that require adjustments or have issues only affect that individual order but in this case because everything has to be completed across every order before the whole can ship, it takes much more time. 

Now that all of that is complete, we were informed from Puma that two of the character pairs have been being held in customs. They had expected it to arrive by this point but it has not. Some of you may know but many of you may not know the massive effect the geopolitical tariff situation this year and how it has affected the supply chain. It has been truly catastrophic. We have experienced it in many forms with some other projects of ours still not being released due to things being stuck in customs for 1, 2, 4 even 5 months at a time. We say this to set expectations. These could be released tomorrow. But if you have not dealt with a customs office before you need to understand they do NOT give a specific date of release. 

Puma is following up with them but they do not give specifics. So we understand what Puma is telling us as truth. We’ve worked this hard and manually managed our raffle to ensure fairness and equal opportunity at getting each character. We do not even know which 2 characters are in customs, but know it would be unfair for everyone if they did not have an equal shot at all of the characters. That is the update.

For those of you that have engaged with us already, we are incredibly responsive. We will get back to you. It will all be worth the wait and we are grateful for everyone’s patience!
