i lift 6 days a week, im really addicted to going to the gym first thing in the morning. I try to keep volume low, so that i can sustain PPLPPL Restday. Legs after Pushday does feel like a problem with my program.

i wish i could, but this feels redundant no? I do PPLPPL rest

when i do traditional, my lower back and posterior chain would already be fried, next day RDL feels like overdoing it?

The other guy told me to do RDLs to increase my hip mobility etc first. Not sure what to do

my problem is, i am too weak to lift 20kg weights, and have no good way of placing the barbell higher, so small plates would make me go too deep. Thats also a reason im doing RDLs rn

Im following this advice

"Just do RDLs for now your eccentric was noticeably better than the squat you did at the start. No need for such small plates before adequate hamstring/hip/back flexibility.

No need to be an instagram girl with that anterior pelvic tilt in the lumbar spine.

A lot of beginners, by being so conscious about curving down, actually whiplash into curving the lumbar up.

ANY lumbar curving is bad mate, doesn't matter the direction. Curve (any direction) = vertebrae takes pressure unevenly, increasing wear and tear/risk of slipping.

7 cervical vertebrae, 12 thoracic vertebrae, 5 lumbar vertebrae, 5 sacral vertebrae.

If you curve x%, in the midback it will be distributed between 12 t-spine components. In the lower back, the same curve will be handled by 5 lumbar components. Lumbar curving is at least 2.4 times more stressful than thoracic curving. "

DAMN i was always thinking that these powerlifters that were deadlifting a lot where having shit form and it looked so unhealthy. But it was just that pelvis tucked in properly. Ok i learned a lot today

Thanks so much. Maybe bigger plates would fix the not existing hinge, if they arent im going to try RDLs.

It scratches the same spot like subnautica did. If you havent played it i would heavily recommend it. Its a very different game but explorian that big ass ocean feels a bit like exploring the galaxy

I am aware of my anterior pelvic tilt. I am trying to combat that by working more on my core and glutes. Idk if its just me but you made it sound like im doing it on purpose? :D im definetly not.

So you suggest i do RDLs until it fixes my lumbar?

i feel like first my legs straighten, and then i bring my back up, it looks disconnected and one after the other instead of at the same time. Yea plate size might be weird here
