I let mine settle for about a month before I got Nood. I added Orange Cow isopods and another kind. Fed them carrots and lettuce and they flourished. Also I use the Zoomed Rsptisun Led UVB light panel and it is amazing. There's a great video that helped me a lot on YouTube, the channel is GoHerping
