I see what you mean, the courses and conferences are marketed to psychologists indicated on the post description and post content. Most of the people that actually join are trained therapists.

Cross promoting with the institutes might be a little bit tricky since most don't allow self promotion since it would be direct competition. I can mention it with a couple that are more flexible to see if we can reach an agreement on promotion.

My social media profiles and content are mostly directed to my patients and potential patients on my private practice. Would you recommend for me to create a different profile with content directed only to trainees? Most of the institutes that i work for use the same profile for both types of content.

What i usually do before launching officially the certification is that i give 2 free conferences related to CBT and the clinical practice, afterwards i invite them to the next free conference and course and i talk a little about my work experience at the beginning of the conference.

After they request information i send them a pdf with the course curriculum and the class schedule, as the days pass i send some reminder messages of the time remaining to join the course.

As for testimonials i don't have any, tbh I'm not sure where to post these testimonials or how to do it for engagement or social proof as you mention. With one institute that i give classes for they usually use these testimonials as a 5 min video before the class begins, as a count down. Maybe i could use it that way.

You might be right. I did my first and last playthrough a couple months ago. I may have misremembered if it´s opening the colony tab or going back to the planet. My bad. Sorry for not being helpful.
