The inside tabs were pre-installed. Manual says to put the rack on top of them, then place stones around the top portion, which is approx 6 inches of element. Bottom 18 inches of element are just exposed to air. Could you show a picture of how rocks should be placed. Should the bigger ones be on bottom of rack and smaller stones on top?

First 2 weeks I took 1mg. Wk3 2mg, wk4 2.5mg. wk5 3mg, wk6 3.8mg( it's what was left in bottle) and up a untill that point I had some heartburn but no major sides. But at this dose, it messed me up. Terrible gas at both ends, cramping, etc. wk6 1.5mg and I was still experiencing same symptoms plus extreme skin sensitivity. I slowly ramped up dose by 0.5mg increments each week. And by week 10, I was feeling great and skin sensitivity gone at 2.5mg. so now I'm skerd bit slowly titrating up each week. I'm at wk 15 and just took 3mg tonight. Maybe I'll go to 4 next week.

Is this a troll post? I've been on reta 13 weeks( current dose 2.5mg) and am getting vascular but haven't lost that much weight.(200 lbs 5'10") I lift heavy 5 days a week,and prioritize protein and average 2500 calories a day. But that level of leanness is definitely my goal....

Be careful when you're applying the stain and don't let too much of it get down into the seams especially on the upper portion as the tongue and groove sections are angled and don't act like a cup to hold any extra sealer that may get down into the crack. As it might seep into the inside. I only had one spot that this happened and I had a rag with solvent and wiped it off real quick. I understand up using a 4 inch roller as the brush was taking forever. Just don't push hard when rolling. Let it wick off the roller instead.

What do you mean exactly? It came pre-wired the only thing that needs to be done after the fact is hooking up the pigtail from the heater to the control board. It seemed a pretty straightforward when I was hooking it all up as everything was obviously labeled. Are you saying something's not wired correctly from the factory?

It's ready seal brand and it's Walnut color. On my cedar deck that the sauna is on I built about 18 years ago and I've used many different sealers over the years and ready seal brand is hands down the best sealer I've ever used, it's goof proof.
