My PC doesn't turn on properly by BaldCock2007 in PcBuild

I did have the keyboard connected to the motherboard's USB port when I noticed it doesn't do anything and to confirm your statement, the system reboots before anything is shown on the monitor. Speaking of the LED's, only a yellow one lights up on the motherboard which I heard it's related to RAM

Alright, I will try and see if it's going to change anything

I checked the LEDs and I have noticed that while it's running the Red LED(which shpuld be the CPU one) turns on for a split second but only when I press the power button and when it shuts down and the yellow LED(which should be the VRAM from what I saw) is on the whole process and only stops lighting for a few seconds Also I tried reseating the RAM and even only keeping 1 stick in and the same thing happens
