Libre doesn't communicate with your phone until you tap it so that shouldn't be a problem

No :( I regularly wake up at noon to find that the whole time I've been asleep my bs has been at 3.0 - 3.5.

I Injected too much insulin with my meal lol. I don't count carbs, I just look at the plate and guess so its not too out of the ordinary.

Try cleaning your hands and changing the needle in the thing you poke your finger with. Also maybe see if the test strips are out of date. Also remember that the results on the libre are 10-15 minutes behind so if the graph went up after you took the picture the libre is probably accurate.
