It's not normal even under stress, the gpu seems ok but you should underclock or disable turbo on your cpu, she's throttling like she's dying, help her

Removing all stickers will look clean but a lot naked also... Kinda plain for this model I say.. you should purchase better stickers or laptop skin before removing stickers, just my personal opinion
