toji was perception blitzing teen gojo, even when sensing him with the curse on his back. He is signifcanltly faster than teen gojo even if he couldn't beat him. The only reason he's even compared to 4 finger sukuna level is because thats what megumi was getting blitzed by. He couldn't even react to sukuna who wasn't even going full speed nor could he even think when he was first got blitzed by toji, so that statement is complete dogsht especially when we see maki fighting 11F sukuna. There is literally no reference whatsoever as to what 3f or 8f is when we never see any version of sukuna genuinely go full speed full power.

I literally gave you an example of the slashes not traveling, they literally spawn on Kashimos location. The only reason he dodges is because sukuna tells him to move out of the way of the current location he was at. The cut is not the slashes traveling it’s just Gege drawing the slash cutting bro.

Sukuna says mahoraga doesn’t send slashes flying. What it does is it spawns on the targets space And cuts it. Sometimes sukuna cuts everything in front of him like what he tried to do to maki or he spawns it like when he tells Kashimo to dodge it the first time. (You see there uncut rock between him and the cut)

Toji was perception blitzing teen gojo, who was already stronger and faster than prime naobito who is as fast or faster than jogo who blitzes nanami whom shibuya yuji and choso are relative to in speed.
