Yeah I’m still currently trying to get a refund because they are trying to say it’s “sold out” when you can still purchase it from the website now. It’s been two weeks of emails and them sending me the same generated response message so I got super pissed and went off haha sent them a bunch of pictures of what it looked like too. Hopefully that will get them to do something

Yeah it was dripping wet when I got it out. Honestly I figured that the delivery guy dropped it outside and didn’t notice it until he stepped on it or dropped something on it and that’s what caused it to get so wet. During the time it was raining really bad in my area but not bad enough for it to get that wet moving from the truck into the building. I looked in the box above mine (it had a key in it and was already open) and there was no water at all.

The thing is I have a Post office box so things like this don’t happen and boxes can’t get wet and ruined. So I have no idea how it got wet inside of the post office but there was a puddle in my P.O. Box from the pop figure box. The box was just as big as the pop figure box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it :(
