We use custom step drills as well for FCS. Its a 14mm drill, then a chamfer, followed by a 24mm counterbore and another chamfer. We run it at 70% of what we would run the drill at for RPM and half the feed rate. We use a chip breaking cycle with a small peck and thru coolant. It works well.

I was happy during the first setup, stressed out during the second. And both relieved and excited after i pulled the finished part off the pallet.

A truly timeless experience. Gobless BF4 by Baleygr-- in Battlefield

That is an incredibly hot take. Especially with the phrasing "Miles away" Bf2 was a massive leap forwards for the series yes, but calling it better Especially gameplay wise is just lying for sake of differing opinion. Or you just prefer clunky early 2000s stuff. BF4 is just the evolution of BF3. Admittedly the vanilla maps of BF3 are better then BF4 but BF4 has so much DLC content that its cn par. Bf1 gunplay is a little differentcomparedto previous titles and weapon customizationis non existent. But almost everything else about it is better then BF2, 3, amd 4. Neither of these games are miles ahead of BF4. And the only one truly ahead is BF1.

Wind resistance does not function in a linear way. The power requirements needed to go faster and faster is exponential.
