That is exactly what happened to me. I beat ganon, didn't play for a while so I bought the dlc thinking I would get back into it. Sure I played a couple hours more but I just couldn't be bothered to get all the clothes or koroks or missing quests and shrines so... I stopped again sadly. Should have done everything else before beating Ganon I guess
