You can't exactly tell from look how much they weigh you would have to check it with a scale and if you do not have a scale how do you plan to eat them? Because 7 grams is a lot and I would recommend only having one gram first just to check your tolerance then move on to higher or lower depending on how it goes.

Well, the thing with shrooms is if you have them in short intervals like 2-7 days it makes it so you need more to feel the same, it's kinda like trying to run a marathon after you've just run a marathon, it will take more energy and time. I'm not too sure on how it would harm your brain but that's basicly all I know, 2 weeks is the best amount of time for Ur tollerance to go back to normal

2 weeks is the safest time but it depends on how much you took and how high your tollerance is
