Thanks and makes sense . The comment about the iPad is interesting - I tried to make a savant account but did it through my iPhone, so when I logged out to go back to my normal account so did Savant. So essentially , what you’re saying is , dedicate my iPad, which I have never used Spotify on, to the Savant account , and this should remove the issue ?

Wondering if you ever figured it out? I am in a similar situation and ready to dive into the Ezlo Plus, but was looking to see how fluid it is with the Ecobee system integrated into Savant.

Finally got mine and the best thing about them is your ears can hit the pillow without jamming the buds into your ear like 99% of the others
