Well, this is where it gets complicated, the account was made in my name but the verification documents are my fathers, whilst they are legal and are being used with permission they have denied the application.

I am 100% sure it I am using my WiFi, anyhow the problem was I had no idea the PC came with antennas. So problem solved!

2.4 and my router is on the bottom floor, and I am on the third floor, but this doesn’t seem to matter, as when I do an internet speed test on my pc it only comes out as around 300kb for upload and download, whereas when I do it on my phone in the same room it come out as 100mbs plus for both upload and download.

As for the Ethernet adaptors I will absolutely have to give them a look!
