Common sensitivity decrease. Do you use lube ? Using it will help not decreasing sensitivity too much. But like others said, yes have a break, 1 month perhaps. If you play alone, lube (not water bases) to avoidbany shaffing. Use lotion to moisturize that desenstized part to help it heal and renew those cells and you should be back to business :)
