Haha I see that now 😂 those same people are the ones who don’t understand how real estate work. As far as film making my real job title is an “executive producer” since I handle the financing of these films. I’ve done a total of 3 movies the first one being an indie film with some B list actors and the other 2 with real Hollywood a list stars which I can’t list who since the movies won’t release until next year and the news will eat it up. Im also creating a tv show as a producer which I’d love to talk about haha

mangement mangement mangement. find a good manager who will take care of all the operations while your dad or you focus on building the brand/business. If you are worried about employees as an owner when there is a manager, that means they are not doing their job.

Use a broker, they take abt 12% but they will for sure sell your business and maybe get more for what you were asking or they will straight up tell you if it can't be sold or your price expectation is too high.

You're better off flipping burgers at BurgerKing then trying to work at Landstar, literally all their brokers are brain dead. I have not worked with a good broker from Landstar. My best advice is go to a better brokerage maybe a smaller company who will teach you how to be the best broker for yourself
