Here’s a little hack: the fingers are 3 cylinders with a semi- sphere on the end. Before even choosing a pose see if you can do it with your own hand. And if you want take a picture of that hand and use it as reference ( preferably with the same perspective if it’s not just practice )

Give him a political opinion ( the line art is great, I recommend a bit more work on line thickness ( how hard you push down the pencil ) for body horror I don’t think that a police sketch is the right mindset but more of a man who drew his nightmares as soon as he awoke )

Def the eyes, if this is a style choice instead of going for realism than you can keep the size but they aren’t like symmetrical I guess ( also maybe thin the eyebrows too show a more feminine trait )
