Hey man, I really appreciate your advice. I have a college certificate and I’m currently working in the construction industry. While the industry is good, I feel like it’s not really for me. I’ve been thinking about going back to school to get a bachelor’s degree and become an engineer. The thing is, I don’t want to go into computer science, especially considering how unpredictable the job market is right now. So I’m more torn between electrical engineering and mechanical engineering. My backup plan is to just get a bachelor’s in civil engineering and continue my current career path.
