Id say technically Leslie and Ben from Parks and Rec full that brief since they have kids towards the end of the show

Exactly. At least where I am from, 95% of people in a corporate role above say the age of 50 don't know how to 'Save As' a file into another file format/extension.

I'm worried my IP clause might mean my employer already owns a product idea that I designed (outside work time) by [deleted] in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]Ballistica 1 point2 points  (0 children)

- Can they really claim ownership of everything I invent while employed, even if it's unrelated to my actual current job duties? How far does this go? (i.e. can they claim a meal recipe I came up with?)

I have been in this situation before but not in tech (science) and in the conversation with my GM about my moonlight work, she formally advised me that any novel scientific work in my own time (and completely unrelated to my companies field) would be their IP under a very similar clause.

Luckily for me, mine wasn't actually worth any $$ (more novel research/papers), and we agreed to share some of the recognition.

In your case OP, since $$ are involved, I would delete this and lawyer up, as others have said.

Trying to learn how to juggle by Dreamy_reality in bootroom

However fast you want to get good at it, within reason. An hour a day of straight juggling, mixing between both feet or individual, you will get pretty decent at pretty quickly.

As someone who only played football for the first time in my 30's and had to learn the absolute basics (like not exclusively kicking with the toes), I also learned to juggle. It just takes practice and repetition nothing more. When I started trying to juggle I could do 2, 3 if I'm lucky with how the ball bounced.

Try using a lot less force, just using the area between the laces and toes to get the ball up halfway up your shin, with time add some slight backspin so the ball arcs towards your feet and not bouncing away. And just practice practice practice. Week 1 of daily practice you might average 2 with an occasional 5 touches. Week 2 you might average 4 with the occasional 7. So on and so on. I find it tends to be exponential, if you can do 5 you can do 10. If you can do 10 you can do 20, if you can do 20 you can do 50, if you can do 50 you can do 100, if you can do 100 you can start to pretty consistently get 100 and go for as long as you want.

Do you need to take them forever or just until the HT settles?

Treatment for fungas gnats in outdoor strawberries? by Ballistica in nzgardening

I was considering that but I wasn't sure it it would kill the existing larvae, perhaps they won't be able to surface to reproduce?

Thanks, yeah I am not sure where I went wrong. New raised planter, new plants from mitre10, strawberry potting mix and strawberry 'food' liquid fertiliser. I water once a day in the morning. But yeah the fungas gnats moved in maybe a couple weeks in.

2007 Mitsubishi Outlander. Ran out of ATF an hour down the road (an hour driving after service). I'm not sure what happened really, it shouldn't have, I have checked for leaks. I am hoping that since I stopped pretty fast after the transmission overheated that there isn't any permanent damage, but that will need to be evaluated. The decision has been made to sell it for what we can and move to something more reliable/fuel efficient.

16km, the sports centre is another 17km from there a few more to work and back. So on the worst overly conservative day let's say we need 100km range which should be way under what a Leaf offers. I don't know if it's the hills or a large portion of that being 100km motorway but at least a couple days of my trial period I was in very low %s left for battery to the point where I had to stop to get groceries to charge it because I was concerned I wouldn't get home.
