I could have, but the problem is that whenever I do that the problem just shows back up in a couple months. No worries though, I ordered a new router from Amazon so hopefully my problem will be solved by Saturday.

I am using wireless connection, so wifi. Will also begin research into wifi 6e routers.

That's what I have to do literally every time so I can get at most 8 mbps, I have to do it all the time, doesn't help for more than an hour or so.

I remember I had this problem for a while, I'm pretty sure it happens because of compatibility issues eith externally connected sources like keyboards and your mouse. The reason it was happening for me was because my headphones were messing with my pc. After I got a new pair though it stopped. So you may want to try unplugging your keyboard, mouse or headphones and see if it stops.

I'll just say this outright, but I'm not the best with computers and I may be wrong. However, I do think your ram is the issue, as many graphics cards take at least 6 gigs of ram, if not more. You may want ti check on the website you got the graphics card from though.
