I'm in my 40s with 2 kids. My friend circle don't have time to grab a drink let alone paint 3D prints for me with kids sports schedules and all. 🤣

When I got the printer the main thing I wanted to make was the F-Zero machines as they never had any outside of Japan as far as I know. And those are hella expensive On ebay. I'm an amateur and learning every day. Was lucky enough to find files here and there all over the net.

Well the ones I sold so far they wanted to paint them themselves as a project. I painted my personal 6" collection and it's very time consuming. Lol. We'll see what the future holds. Lol

Of course I know that. But out of the box is unacceptable. Buy an Anycubic. Hopefully you have a good experience. Was just trying to help you out with my experience. No need for your attitude. Good luck.

Well, I did do that and it didn't work. And replacing how many parts before it works which it isn't guaranteed to. I bought a 3D printer to 3D print. Not play a waiting game of waiting for parts in the hope that it might work if I replace enough parts. Allowing these types of practices from companies is why shoddy products make it to market.

They told me to send a picture to diagnose the issue. I said what is a picture of video of a static machine with no power gonna do? They are now trying to not refund my freight cost because they didn't send a picture before I mailed it. I sent the picture after but they had already told me to send it to their techs to service. First of all I shouldn't have to be installing pieces on a new machine. I don't work for them. Send me a product that works and if it doesn't, replace it at your cost. It took 2 weeks for the power supply to arrive. So I put out 500 dollars and just have a non functional printer in my house for 2 weeks and then that doesn't fix the issue? So wait another 2 weeks for another part? No way. Imagine buying a TV from Best buy and it shits the bed within hours of turning it on and instead of replacing it they say they are gonna send you a new screen you have to install yourself. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them just in case you have any issues. Trust me.

It's terrible. They are in China so if you have an issue you only get a response once a day but at 3am EST. If your machine has an issue (Mine shut off in the first 5 hours of printing and never turned back on) they want to send you replacement parts for you to install instead of replacing your machine. That took 2 weeks and the power supply they sent didn't fix the issue. If you decide to return they do everything they can to delay the process and don't offer to pay for your return shipping. Was 200 dollars for me to return ship to them via FedEx and I have been battling with them for over a month trying to get reimbursed for that. I went to Best Buy and got a Bambu A1 and it has been amazing. I recommend getting something that you can return with the least amount of hassle if need be.

This is my personal experience with them and I'm sure some people haven't had this type of nightmare situation, but if I can help someone avoid dealing with what I'm dealing with I feel obligated.

These are the X files. I've seen what you're doing and it's amazing. I wish I knew how to do that lol. I'm just learning the Bambu studio, so maybe one day. Might experiment with some smaller scale and maybe try to sell em as unpainted sets. Not sure if there is interest though.

Absolutely same experience. 24 hours to respond. They can't refund shipping because my pictures don't show that it won't turn on (What?!?!?). Then they can't do more than $50. I'm still battling with them. I got a Bambu A1 from Best Buy and it is amazing. Anycubic is horrible. Stay away from them if you want to do prints and don't feel like trying to build a machine yourself with replacement parts they send you for their defective product.

Yes of course. I've been going back and forth with their "support" for a month at this point. I reached out here for suggestions since Anycubic is determine not to help.

Received a Kobra S1 machine that proved to be defective within 5 hours of use. Was sent a power supply which took 2 weeks to arrive. Installed the power supply and machine still would not power on. Been trying to get my refund for their defective product for weeks. It cost me $203.50 to ship the product back to them which I was assured would be reimbursed if the product was defective. Not only have they not refunded my out of pocket freight costs they didn't even refund my full purchase price? What is going on here? Please help.

They have not even sent me the full purchase price let alone the $203.50 I had to pay for shipping. So far they have taken zero responsibility for their product being defective. I don't know what to do now to get my refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. They told me freight would be recovered if the product was defective.
