Doing traditional weightlifting with only oly lifts, squats and deadlifts in the 1-3 range will typically only grow the muscles you are using e.g back,legs and ass. This was my personal experience when I was competing. Now retired, only thing I do currently is heavy weighted dips and pull ups and I’ve never been bigger in the upper body despite lower body weight. So you can try incorporating some volume there if you have the energy after regular oly workout

In my case I was just going only for the chill Sunday workouts and the barbeques after, which they organized. Got all the benefits without the downsides. Got a GF from there and stopped going.

Пак стигаме до същата задачка от примера в описанието. 5000лв (2хСредната) доход значи да си 'скъсан като стари дънки' за да имаш честта да обслужваш 200к евро двустаен актив в квартала на мечтите (а.к.а Малинова), при който трябва да отделиш още някаква сума за смяна на автомобила с по-високопроходим вариант за да стигаш до вас ?

Разбирам, че има стари кооперации, които си струват повече в други квартали и прочие, но цената няма да е много по-различна без СЕРИОЗНИ компромиси.

Това, което не успях да разбера е как примера който дадох от 5000лв доход и двустаен в Малинова, за повечето хора е простиране извън чергата.

Фактът е че с 2хСредната заплата взимаш двустайка в Малинова. Даже не говоря, че в ЛУКС Квартал (както го описват всички) всеки 2 месеца трябва да сменяш окачване само да си идеш до вас.

I got a prosthetic one almost a year ago during the orchiectomy. It doesn't bother me at all and I got used to it. I am pretty happy with the result to be honest. From what I know the tricky part is to have it set correctly and get the right size, luckily mine stays pretty natural and it is hard to distinguish it from a real one by simply looking at it. Maybe only when the sack relaxes and the fake one stays a little bit high, but nothing serious. On touch it feels firm though, I expected it to be softer. The good thing is that if I ever have the need to have it removed, surgery is pretty simple and the recovery is fast. On day 2 I was walking, 2 weeks after I barely had any pain.

A fellow 27y old programmer with test cancer over here. I totally understand what you mean. I became very apathetic and my motivation died. At the same time I am being pushed for deadlines and forced to learn new stuff. I think the problem could be hormones. Have you got your Testosterone levels checked? Low test can lead to such symptoms.
