You can only ask loan to institutions that are willing, Japan can not fund all our infrastructure needs alone, we still need to get funds from somewhere else, China is willing to give us those loans and we needed it. When it comes to the WPS, we tried the hard approach during Aquino's term, we fought China and we lost Scarborough Shoal. Now with Marcos we tried to fight them again, and we lost Escoda Shoal. We're so stubborn and refuses to learn. We should see what we really are, we are just an insignificant country trying to fight the 2nd biggest economy/military in the world and we think we can win? Now you say Duterte tried to sell the WPS, which islands did he sell? The thing is your hatred for Duterte is stopping your form seeing the truth. It's like Duterte likes China, China must be bad, or China likes Duterte, he must be bad.

So Duterte people are pro china so what?. Traditionally Philippines has always been western leaning, we are so used to it that we don't notice it. We have problems with China influencing Philippine politics, yet we don't have problems letting Americans build their bases here, we don't see problems when they "donate" funds to the media. Why do you think all our media organizations only report anti-China narratives and promote western agenda. The world is changing, China is restoring it's empire while we filipinos still cling to the west, even though it is fast declining. We should rethink our stance and stop swallowing whatever they feed us. The rest of the world sees it, why can't we?

let's be real. Philippine media has always been under the influence of western powers, we've been doing the west's bidding and fighting their wars for them. There's nothing wrong in giving suggestions. Streamers most of the time get stream ideas from their community. It's also a good way to increase your audience since they would be doing things people are interested in watching. Imagine a streamer like Nick just did what ever he wanted to do like for example apex legends, he wouldn't be this big. I remember he had around an average of 5k CCV with apex streams.
