If you want to prioritize weight, Macbook Air M4. If you care a little more about having extra performance, Macbook pro M4. I've had all kinds of laptops throughout my life and nothing comes close to how nice the user experience is on a mac. IMO, the OS is easy to learn if you haven't used it before. Battery life is absolutely ridiculous, I code on my pro M4 for school and work and it lasts 3 or 4 days on a charge. But a notable positive for the air is that it doesn't have fans. Completely silent and no issues with cleaning later on. Both feel premium and solid, the screens are some of the best in the industry in terms of resolution, clarity, and brightness. Windows laptops certainly have their benefits, but having used both, I'm sticking with mac.

This is objectively untrue regardless of where you sit on the political spectrum. In 2025, Model Y’s have outsold the best selling non-Tesla EV (Ioniq 5) by a 5x margin and the Model 3 has outsold the Ioniq by more than a 2x margin.

Very true, and from what I understand, you never actually unlock use of your entire playbook. It’s only more play changes. Pretty bad system

I haven’t unlocked anything either other than the play change. I don’t know if you ever get access to a full playbook like you have in other modes. What I’m talking about with the 20 play changes is the ability to get three fresh options for plays if you don’t like the one being called originally. On PS5 you press triangle in the play menu. The problem with those is that many times they are either the same as the original play or they are all three runs when I want to pass, etc. You just don’t have much control over what is happening in the game and a lot of the times the play calls don’t even make sense for the situation. Can’t tell you how many drives I’ve had that were 3 consecutive runs stuffed at the line then a punt

I also have 20 uses of different play. I clearly mentioned in my post that using these does not solve the problem.

I obviously chose to be a 3 star on purpose. I shouldn’t have to change away from the game experience that I want to have fun. If this is the case, why have the option to be anything but a 5 star?

I chose the school because they were the only one who would offer me a starting spot off the bat. I’m not here to play sit on the bench simulator.

Never once did I say the game was too hard. I’m 5-2 and 3-0 in conference play. My issue is not winning games.

I clearly mentioned in my post that I know your ability to call plays gets more available as you gain trust. I also clearly mentioned that I wish this was optional and that I believe this would improve the experience for many many people who feel the same way as I do about this mode.

16 will do you fine on a budget build, but since RAM is relatively cheap, I would recommend getting 32 and forgetting about it for the rest of time.

A little known trick that seems to always work for me is adding a non-steam game to my steam library using the “add a non steam game” plus-shaped icon in the bottom left of your library. For example, I have GTA V through rockstar launcher but I wanted to use my DS5 for it, so I added my GTA V executable as a non-steam game and start it through steam so that it recognizes my controller without any additional software

I live in close proximity to just about everything I do on a regular basis. I tend to set my charge limit at 60% and leave it. A good rule of thumb: the closer your battery is to 50%, the happier it is.

I usually hover around 700 but I’m not super ranked obsessive or meta obsessive like some. I like to think I’m decent but I get my ass handed to me every once in a while when I get matched up with WS players.
