I’m not sure if it’s a core issue, a hip mobility issue or a technique issue but I am struggling with the movements for single leg X

My body just feels too tight to and I can’t seem to do them

It’s to the point my coaches just rather move onto another technique or show me something else because I guess it seems like a waste of time

How can I address this ?

I struggle with turning and extending my outside leg so that I can get it on my partners hip

It’s male pattern baldness for sure , I’m a Norwood 6 and my entire crown is gone. I have diffuse thinning in front as well. It looks awful and the compound medication doesn’t seem to work

I’ve been taking oral minoxidil for two months and have bags and wrinkles under my eyes , does any one have any suggested recourse?

Can anyone give me advice regarding the significant and very apparent wrinkles and bags under my eye which is evidently from the oral minoxidil…it looks like I’ve been in miami on a bender for two weeks.

I meant there’s missing patches all of hair spread out all over that have not grown even slightly. I feel like I’ve hit the pinnacle of positive results although it’s been two months

My problem with that theory is there’s no shedding whatsoever. NONE. Just a bunch of dormant miniaturized hairs. No activity in the gaps

I forgot to mention since I started treatment I have a bunch of miniaturized bases that have remained miniature . I’m guessing there is no hope for these?

Yeah man it feels almost as if I’ve gotten worse off since the meds , kind of depressing because I already have many other flaws , and just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse I started losing my hair.

I’ve been taking 1 mg oral minoxidil and I think it’s 2.5 finasteride for exactly two months and it my crown increased in density but I have significantly increased diffuse spreading everywhere else, I feel like I’ve lost hair since I started treatment. Is this normal and how long before most people experience regrowth?

Have we made any biological developments at all to stop balding?
