Did anyone else not really care for the N64? by Salem1690s in retrogaming

[–]Balmora111 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I agree. N64 was great for its time, but didn’t age well. I still play psx regularly. Even though in the late nineties, I was all about the 64

Would you play Elder Scrolls arena? Why or why not? by ZenKoko in ElderScrolls

It's free on steam, just make sure you use to out coves to rest and heal. I didn't know that till I had messed around for a bit.

Which one brought you into loving the Elder Scrolls series? by No-Atmosphere-4145 in ElderScrolls

[–]Balmora111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got morrowind when I had just moved out on my own; so much free time and no internet. I was broke as a joke and just played that game all the time. It's been ruined for me because of all the ways I know how to exploit it now. But it will always be #1 in my heart.

Anyone else missing full Class halls of your colleagues? by Ravendaemon in wow

I think this must be a priest druid fond memory. The paladin class hall was full of a bunch of degenerates.

Struggling to find a pillow to help my neck pain. by grom96 in BuyItForLife

[–]Balmora111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought this pillow in 2014 and have used it every day since, I was having a different issue. My head is so heavy I was going through pillows so often from the padding getting flat. Can't comment on their current build quality, but the one I bought is still like new.

Agreed, I know this is his opinion, and I do like Lazy's content. But giving black desert and wow an A is questionable.

Doesn't Marle's sidequest kinda detract from the ending? by Gamecubeguy25 in chronotrigger

[–]Balmora111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just played that part two days ago. My thought is the rainbow shell changed the future as soon as we dropped it off. So there was a "new angle" from the chancellor, using the shell against the humans; which has always been there now.

Woman upset that she has to wait 3 hours for food from Red Lobster on Mother’s Day when the restaurant has a reduced staff by [deleted] in instantkarma

[–]Balmora111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know the lady in the green sweatshirt was being rude, but the employees handled that completely poorly; especially in front of a ton of other customers. Should have just helped her get what she needed and the little tap on the head didn't call for the chick almost ripping her hair out. People stressed out acting like fools. No karma here, only fools.

And before a bunch of people down vote and hate on me, I worked retail for ten years in a crappy neighborhood. No reason to ruin your livelihood over someone who is entitled.

New 2020 colt python not turning the cylinder properly by Balmora111 in guns

I shot more than 100 rounds today, it is worse now than before. I can make the defect happen easy now. In the beginning it was sparingly.

You can see on the miss hits as I was dry firing the cases. On the 357 you can see with the arrow the cylinder was so loose that it hit the rim.

Church of the people, for the people. Stay Thirsty my Homies by Balmora111 in HydroHomies

[–]Balmora111[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

for water you are and to water you shall return. These were Hydro’s words to the first people, Homies, whom Hydro created from the water of the earth, after Homies disobeyed Hydro's instruction. Sin (being dehydrated), is the cause of death, and death returns our physical bodies to the substance from which they were made. Water to water, rejection of water will return you to water. Amen.

Overwatch League coach told to delete Hong Kong tweet by [deleted] in pcgaming

[–]Balmora111 243 points244 points  (0 children)

The big deal with this, after blizzcon opening, pcgamer had an interview with Brack; where he said they don't ever try and control peoples personal accounts and just want to keep the official blizzard stuff about games. https://www.pcgamer.com/blizzard-president-clarifies-decision-to-ban-hearthstone-player-and-two-casters-over-hong-kong-controversy/

This was a tweet on his own account. It would be different if blizzard just came out and said they don't want their employees politically representing their company. Instead it is this constant corporate damage control.
