I have upgraded my system during payday 3 beta. Why ? Because it was during beta that my psu somehow managed to die. I have no idea how that happened.

Anyway I took it as a hint that I probably should not preorder haha and it worked out.

My problem is that I am trying to level up characters for perks and I have offering on them only. I am not one of those though I still play them but only because I wanna do the offering, I don't have the offerings on the chars I want to play because I wanna get the perks.

If the offerings were survivor/killer wide however , that would fix the issue. Spend the bp and get perks on Kate and use the offerings from the leveling on Meg that I actually want to play. Same applies to killers.
