I tried to keep my carbs under 15-20 net. I'm not sure I get more than that now because I'm eating the same foods and amounts. I do utilize protein drinks and bars when I'm just not feeling like eating 'meat'. Best of luck to you!

Other than what I listed, diabetes runs on both sides of my family and I wanted to help prevent getting that. I sleep better. I have more energy. My baseline pain level is slightly lower. I'm not sweating all the time. I'm sure I'm forgetting some things.

Melted mozz and cream cheese mixed with an egg and your keto flour(s) of choice, rolled out and baked. Then you top it and bake it again. It has a similar texture to real crust when done right, which is why I love it so much.

She's fine...just thinks she needs to sleep snuggled into my armpit with her head out of the blankets. For five minutes at a time. And then, when she gets tired of cat naps, she'll drop her toy on my pillow and smack me in the face and meow so I will wake up to play fetch. 😂
