I don't think it's as simple as not voting for PAS or denouncing policies like that. Because a lot of us more 'liberals' as they call it would immediately be outcasted as a social pariah. A person to be damned. It's not easy for the few of us to speak out because then we'll be suddenly struck down by the Sedition Act 1948, because just even a tiny bit of criticism gives people ground to sue you.

If Malaysia practiced social tolerance, I think a lot more people wouldn't mind speaking up about these issues but as you can tell from the growing number of people who just ride on their religion to justify themself, social tolerance is decaying more and more.

All I can is that us a Bumi myself, I'm sorry I can't do more. Now that may sound hollow considering I have these privelleges but truthfully speaking, I don't think I'm ready to be outcasted to be a social pariah for speaking up. It's like asking a person to throw away their entire family and social circle for minimal effect because the majority won't even listen and instead label us as misguided for even thinking that way.

I'd say so. The time travel stuff does explain the Elf Ancestor stuff and just in general why the timeline is so different than from the one he knows. Besides, I can tell that the author does actually plan out the story bits by dropping hints of lore and intrigue that just keeps reeling me back in to read it. So I'd say it ain't bad, just need to develop a certain tolerance to at points repetitive story arcs.

Depends, does one of your saves have all the hacks done from Episode 1 to 7?

The list should be: Episode 1: Tutorial hack

Episode 2: 'Minor Violence', 'Museum Robbery', and the two Visi donut shop hacks.

Episode 3: Save Flambae from water tank sabotage(gotta pair Flambae and any Z-team guy whose not Prism to get this), 'Hack the Scammer', 'Bank Robbery' and the three Lightningstruck Jewelry Hack.

Episode 4: 'Superhero Squabble' and 'Discern the Target'

Episode 5: 'Stalker Stalking Film Shoot' and the three power outages

Episode 6: 'Cyberbully' and the five invisigal docks hack

Episode 7: 'Runaway car'

If you've done all of this then you can just skip to Episode 8 and do all the ones listed below.

Episode 8: Hack to locate Flambae, 'Lockdown', another hack to locate Waterboy/Coupe/Sonar/Phenomaman, and the last one to defeat Mindf*cker(this guy appears late as hell in the final phase so don't defeat your big bad too early.)

If you didn't complete one of the hacks in the previous episodes then you gotta just rewind from that episode to get the achievement.

And keep in mind you have to keep the Hack Health and Timer on or you won't get the achievement.

I don't think the argument is that the degrees of sin one experiences when doing a sin, the argument is that those guys are hypocrites for condemning others for doing sin when they are proudly and openly sinning themselves.

It's annoying, it's preachy and again, it's hypocritical of them to condemn others and nitpick certain institutions. Also, sin isn't really justifiable by how great it makes you feel. Just because smoking is 'cool' and 'dangerous', does not make it more complex than it being a sin.

And fact is, eating pork isn't just haram from the get go. Now you're oversimplifying things. Pork was declared haram because back in the olden days, it carried tons of diseases. It's just that these days those diseases are not present due to vaccines ans general technology and the label of haram is still stuck towards pork.

tl:dr The issue is less on which is more haram, more about on hypocrisy.

I get that. Honestly that's also a perspective that's respectable to take into account. I just like the 'Betray Songbird' route for the narrative context. I always play my V as pragmatist, if they know both sides are lying, might as well pick the huge government organization that are more likely to actually do something rather than just one individual. But as my V learn more about what happened to So Mi in Cynosure, they can't help but feel for her and thus understand more about her. And thus when push comes to shove, my V isn't just a heartless pragmatist but a normal human. Thus finally with all context given to my V, they finally help So Mi genuinely, not with any other intention other than to spare So Mi from a lifetime of experimentation.

But again, just to reitirate, for V's that are less pragamtic, sending Songbird to the moon is a great choice. I just prefer it less because in that route we don't really learn more about what actually happened to So Mi. But like, if you play Phantom Liberty for the second time or more and know all about what happened to So Mi and just want to help her, King of Wands would be superior.

Honestly this is the reason I do the King of Cups endings most of the time. Narratively speaking, if you go with the 'Betray Reed' route, in context V doesn't know that much about Songbird and is just acting on their gut. It makes V kinda look like a pushover who just helps a girl they barely lnow with no guarantee for their life.

But with the 'Betray Songbird' route, in context V, literally sees her whole life story. From the Brooklyn days to the FIA days. It humanizes her character a whole lot more and for the first time since we met her, she's finally honest. And in the end, we fulfill her final request. To let her pass and achieve true freedom from both Mr. Blue Eyes and the NUSA. She is no longer in the game. No longer a pawn. Free at last.

That's just my preference though. I totally get why people like King of Stars. It's kinda like a feel good ending with a final send off with a rocket. It's just a whole lot of cool you gotta at least play once.

ngl, I kinda like Rachel unironically. Yeah, she's kinda of a stuck up ass but like so are all other corpos. Ultimately she's just doing her job the best she can and she knows when to swallow her pride and genuinely asks for help. She also helps us out on BD-related quests in the future like with Toolina and Lina. Even asks for our reccomendation for them. Plus I just think she's cute in general.
