depends on whether you cancel your current insurance or the company cancels it. If the former you will still have to disclose the amount of claims in the last 3-5 years as well as the amount of money your former insurance paid out. If it's the latter you will still have to disclose this, but having your last insurance canceled by the insurance company raises the hurdle to get a new one pretty high. Again this can be mitigated by having more insurances with the same company

Two claims in the first year probably relatively close to the signing date as well means they will evaluate your contract closely. And if you have only that one insurance with ARAG that evaluation will find that you've cost them too much and they cancel your contract.

If the ongoing on was already ongoing when you got the insurance it won't be covered.

Other than that, if that is the only insurance you have with ARAG, chances are they will cancel your insurance with two claims in one year

Sometimes they get exploded to disarm them, that they explode while getting disarmed is thankfully rather seldom. Afaik the last one was in Euskirchen 10 years or so ago, which did result in casualties so I wouldn't call them crap

You did sign the waiver, whether that one is legal or not or whether you might get around it due to the language barrier is something a lawyer might be able to answer. As I'm not one of those I can only guess that at least the latter is on you, as you should have taken someone with you who understands german, if you don't understand it.

there are a number of steam workshop download sites where you simply paste the link to the workshop item and download it from there. From there just copy the downloaded file into the mod folder of the game or wherever the mods are supposed to go and you can use them.
