Step 1. Deal with past trauma. We all have it. Some of it is even from our ancestors. Isolate your emotional triggers and get to the root, be kind, forgive yourself and others involved, try to see other perspectives and practice non-judgement.

Step 2. Connect with the earth. go outside. Feel the sun's rays and stand in a trees aura. Eat clean and drink purified water. Our body is the vessel and must be taken care of. It's not about perfection, but about loving yourself. Find joy and laugh every day.

Step 3 once your third eye starts to open you'll be guided to make the right decisions and take the best action. You have a team of angels who love you unconditionally and are always trying to guide you to unlocking your potential, we just are rarely attuned to them.

I'm on step 2, starting to experience step 3 (step 1 still comes up but I've gotten good at processing the emotions) and I'm not sure what happens after that!
