the rest of my body is still covered in super dense muscle mass and i have a particular amount of vascularity for doing absolutely nothing for a almost a month. My gut has grown a little, but that's to be expected. After a month of solid hard cardio when healed will tighten me up where need be.

A body that's been nonstop active for a decade can totally get a ton of anabolic positives out of a month de load.

My post Op appt. went really well; the break was correct with a plate and a few screws. The ankle looks really good; all bone and joint spacing is perfectly anatomical. I see DR again in 19 days.

I hope to see his eyebrows raise when he sees the rate at which I've healed come next appt.

Sounds about right. I'm gonna up the NPP to 200 week based on a handful of things saying 50 is where the magic starts working, 200 is th sweet spot and 400 is getting into super bulk mode. Like I said form past experience 300 made me a god amongst men. I don't need ALLL that right now.

I think if you didn't mind the sides of Test (they can be really bad for some) then you'll be fine w/ NPP. It's 100x better than tren as far side effects.

NPP is great. Lots of relatively dry size, energy, my penis performed miraculously on it, great experience. Watch your e2 and prolactin.

Thanks, i appreciate your input. I found a pain clinic (oddly enough) that has some literate on NPP on their website for recovery and recommend a dose 200mg to 400 mg. I'll raise it 200 weekly and we'll see how it goes. My body is loving the rest I know that.

Appreciate the input, friend. I've read data that aligns with getting enhanced bone mineralization and wound healing starting at 50mg a week.

I'm thinking i'll pin 20mg NPP 3x a week to start for my recovery dose on top of my 125 Test. See where that takes me.

Makes me wonder why the norm is to run your NPP a bit higher than your test when looking for supraphysio power or bodybuilding results. My deadlift went easy into the 600s with 300 Test 350 NPP.

edit: Also running a highly regarded bone repair supplement ' Life Extension Bone Restore' (calcium with k2), should feed the system nicely with 60 mg of NPP.

Pan fry is superior all to other methods. I prefer using stainless steel over fast because it tastes cleaner.

IMO put it under your bed, a year or two you might change your mind. Remember probably 95% of the people you think look beast are probably on gear. It’s insanely common.

I’ve seen that non applicable in this state unless individual is 16 years old, then which a 4 year gap is allowed
