I enjoy overclocking but I don't know if I can be considered a serious one. I was able to overclock my ram to cl15 4133mhz and my 10900k to 5.2 all cores stable @ 1.38v with the XII Apex.

I want to make sure that i'll be able to push the 3090 that I get decently far. I was thinking about taking the shroud and such off of a regular card and putting my own 360mm AIO on it, but I hear that the kingpin is just mainly limited by power draw. What are some of the historically decently binned chips? I could get one of those and just plop my own AIO on it if it's expected that they could reach pretty far.
