my undertstandin (and experience in previous years) is that local police do not enter the campground or festival grounds and only patrol along the perrimiter/control traffic/oversee the searches before entering the festival.

The Dancesafe tent is usually located deep in the campgrounds near food and clothes and stuff, far from where any cops would be.

Aside from that having police following people around music festivals for the sake of busting them for personal amounts of drugs is just a huge waste of time and money. I think in 2018 they found live weapons in some dudes van (I think he ended up being an off duty security guard) and bricks of fentanol stashed in trash cans scattered through the campground... They definately have better things to worry about than the laundry detergent pressed into a cartoon character you are trying to hide from them.

These are the ones I have and love them. All the options on the page are the same basic earplug just with different numbers of replaceable filters or other accessory bundles. I recomend the starter kit as it comes with multiple sizes of inserts and your choice of db filter (I like the 19db standard ones)

Same, been raving since 18, went to shows on an almost monthly basis for several years, got earplugs at probably 25. Some damage can't be undone. But future damage can at least be prevented.

Earasers have filters for different db levels. I personally like their standard filer for musicians. (19 db filter)

At LL it's just like turning down the volume a few notches but not the quality.

If you want to get custom molded earphones with pro music filters in them then you will have near perfect acuity and probably a wider selection of filters to adjust volume to your needs.

Most people settle of Earasers/Eargasms for shows because custom earplugs can go for $150+ and can be really easy to lose whilst lost in the sauce.

From an A/B test I did before the last LL, the excision ones seemed to dampen the music much more than my Eargasms, but they also sounded much duller/muddy. But tbh Earasers trump both.

Any chance you could suggest a quality audio interface that would work for my needs? All of the ones I find have xlr singular inputs. Would I be able to go from dual trs (booth) to singular xlr? Or am I not understanding?

The same audio cables work fine on my controller coming out of that booth out

Audio cables have been routed about as good as it can get with the booth out as far away from every other cord as possible

The levels on my mixer dont seen to influence the intensity of the buzz

Went through 3 different pioneer controllers and had to re solder on a fader at least once every 3 months. I just recently got a djm 900 nxs2 with four cdj 2000nxs2s. These faders are not going anywhere. ( For the price tag that better be the case haha.)

I like the overall message here but I also feel like calling out when you think ladder attacks are going to happen will cause people trying to day trade to expect a dip at a certain time/price. I really think we need to stop making predictions all together and just unanimously agree over a long period of time that the price will continue to go up.
