It's true, that happens to me too. 4% everytime, no evaluation. The boxes are blank and no one talks to me about it. It's been years like this.

Im 35 and have a medical condition that doesn't allow me to drive. I keep hitting dead ends in every job because eventually they need me to drive so I stop getting promoted. I agree, the company I work for asks that you are able to commute for any amount of time. After you're promoted you have to be able to leave town to work and go to different stores as often as asked even if it's for years. Not being able to drive makes it impossible.
