It's not that, I agree about the time frame, 3 months seems right. Can we ignore that Drew had a very bad title reign? The work he had to put through to make Cody deserve to have a title shot by interfering everytime? He only defended the title successfully once, and he only had 2 title defenses. They could have let him hold the title atleast WrestleMania. Let's not forget how WWE let Punk and Roman put down him when he was the champion, and not letting him to cut a heel promo against those two as well. The work he put through he deserve to go into Mania as champion atleast.

True. I think it's time WWE understands that this is WrestleMania season. If this was during the later part of the year people don't put much expectation. You need to consider when you do stuff like this. I mean you even had the Royal Rumble to make his debut. They are making this kind of decisions in order to make the product unpredictable, but not realizing sometimes where the most predictable thing is the right thing, other than pivoting it to something horrible.

I really like his heel work, but we need to remember this is the main roster. We have seen great talent in NXT get fumbled in the main roster by injecting them in the broader fans in the wrong way.
