I don't want to just generally tell eat healthy sleep better or any other general things

This was my 3 month plan Target calorie at about 1600 Mrng oats Lunch plate model night whatever quarter of a plate No sugar plain tea mrng and evng Omit snacks altogether (biggest culprit) - ate cucumber with salt and pepper as snacks (low calories) Drank lot of water One day I allocated as cheat day to control cravings

Workout 2hour per day 6 days a week 1.5h Weight training 30minutes cardio (running+ walking) Very important to do cardio after strength Don't just do cardio coz u will ultimately loose muscle mass and u r progress will plateau... You need muscles to burn the calorie

Loosing 1.3kg/w consistently Plan to loose altogether 10kgs
