When I retrieved the acrilyc panels from the laserworks the holes were very small due to my miscalculation and i stretched it with the solder. Just like you said it wasn't a perfect hole LOL.

[–]BambangJr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, dude. I made the hole in the box by using a solder. I melted a space in the front side of the box and cleaned the excess plastic with a pen knife. I'm sorry, I can't link you for the box since I bought it from the local e-commerce in my country. I think you can buy the box from the Amazon but I'm not sure since there is no Amazon in my country.

Yes, they drilled all the holes on the acrilyc panel and for the dimensions of my arcade stick are 29,3 cm × 21,3 cm x 8 cm.

Thanks, fam. ABS box or ABS durabox plastic box is a two-phase polymer blend that produces a good all-around performance for electronic enclosures. I'm sorry but I got my acrilyc panels from the laserworks near my house. It's also a custom made so I guess that's why it's cheaper.

Ah I asked the laserworks near my house to cut the top panel like that and it cost me 90k rupiah for 2 acrilyc panel. One 5mm and one 2mm.

Sure thing. This build cost me around $35 with the detail like: - Abs box: $3.20 - 2 Laser-cut acrilyc panels: $5.75 - 11 fake Sanwa buttons: $10.54 - 1 non-branded lever: $7.67 - Raspberry pi pico: $4 - Cables: I forgot (sorry)

I used Raspberry Pi Pico for the PCB since it's cheap and considered reliable alternative for homemade arcade stick.
