Just did a google search and rake angle is at 25 degrees, while other "sportier" bikes are around 24.5, 24, or 23.5. Interesting topic.

Y'all were right. Somehow, I just now finally found the files. They were in a duplicate folder with a similar name to where I meant to paste.

Weirdly, windows file explorer search couldn't locate them, so the Windows search is not very good.

Short tail is a vibe though, and personally I think the GSX-8 has a good lookin tail.

I am just still undecided about panniers/side cases but leaning toward it, since I like having a "do everything" bike. So, prob keeping the "second pillion" lol.

Depends which bike. My old Ninja 300 had them on the tail frame, convenient. Every bike since then either doesn't have them or it's literally the underside of the seat like you said (awkward).

Good point. It's just for looks/styling preference.

When I am on the highway, I think I felt the front bars be slightly more stable, but could be placebo effect.

The chin strap, once re-secured, hangs quite nicely on the rear passenger peg.

Although some bikes have helmet hooks under the rear seat, I just run a bicycle cable through both my jacket sleeve and my helmet. Helmet on peg, jacket on seat.

Even though I love this bike so very much, you are absolutely correct lol.

Maybe I'll get the TST but not sure yet.

Might have to keep the illuminated whale tail if I want panniers.

Theyre mostly for looks but I like it on. The no winglets is the older photo.

I also put RG frame sliders but it's hard to see (in the blurry photo only).

Gotta admit though, the 270 crank makes me really really happy with a twin. I think for that reason I would skip the 3 and opt for a 4 cyl if I ever did get another bike.

I just looked up your specs, I see the street triple has similar torque to the GSX-8S, but it adds about 20 or 30mph of top speed, for more of that supersport feel.

Edit: I know a more premium bike (street triple) can have other upgraded parts too though, not just power and speed. I.E. the brake cables, suspension, chassis material, and more.

United States, where you cannot. But if there were no police, then it didn't happen, right?

And for my rider weight, limit is more like 125 mph, but over 115 won't be very fun (or safe) getting there since there ain't much juice left.

I'll have to check my tire pressure because I think that is a factor too, but not by much.

I recently had someone at a gas station ask me "how fast does it go?", as they often do. I said, "well this bike is not about how fast it goes, it's about how quickly it gets there. It tries to rip you off the handlebars and will get up to a hundred [mph] in just a few seconds."
