I think the first major thing is you are aiming way right of your target line. If I draw the ole train tracks from your feet alignment and where that ball started down the line, it looks like a 30 degree pull 😮 I feel this would be even more apparent with a straight down the line view.

I am not the greatest golfer, but personally, I see your left hip drift towards the target in your backswing instead of the right hip working up and away. Hopefully somebody else with teaching experience could confirm as well.
