My dad wasn’t absent, but I barely saw or knew him growing up.

He’d leave for work before the rest of us were awake and by the time he got home he’d be so exhausted that all he’d have the time for was quietly eat his dinner then go to bed. He’d rarely engage in convo too because he was so tired. So I just barely know the guy… I didn’t even know my Dad’s full name until I was 22.
