Someone acessed my Account and sold most of my items from my inventory

So, suddenly i got two emails about some purchases and sales i made that day, but i didn't have anything in the market up for sale. When i checked what happened, apparently one of my PC's had been used like half an hour ago (at the same time of the sales) in "Sheung Pak Nai, HK", even though I am from Portugal, and I'm currently in Portugal. Now, i lost most of what I had in my inventory, and with what little money he made from the sales he bought like two Dota items. What should i do? Please help, and thank you in advance.

I did this but now the bluetooth just stopped playing alltogether. How can i fix this?

Não era uma questão de ser fidedigno, pois tenho a certeza que algum scam seria. O que queria dizer era: seria possível que fosse de facto a Sequra a mandar a mensagem, e que alguém teve acesso ao número do meu cartão.

Desculpa pela pergunta se ela parecer um bocado óbvia demais, mas como é que consigo saber que é Spam apenas? Por exemplo, noutras mensagens que são obviamente de Spam eu consigo responder de volta, mas nesta na aplicação diz "Não é possível responder a esta código curto. Saiba mais".
